Scheduling Your Appointment

We’re thrilled to see you at Bellus Touch! Our spa is always bustling, so please book your appointments ahead of time. You’ll need to provide a credit card to secure your spot. By scheduling, you’re agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Credit Card Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You can trust that we keep your credit card details secure. We strictly protect your privacy and won’t share your details with anyone.

Consultations

Your first 15-minute consultation is on us. If you need another consultation later, a $100 fee applies. This fee covers appointments with different providers or discussions about various treatments.

Cancellation Without Service

If you arrive and decide not to get any treatment, a minimum charge of $75 will apply. This is considered a cancellation.

Appointment Reminders

We’ll send you a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. If you don’t receive it, the responsibility to remember is still yours.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax and complete any paperwork. If you’re late, your appointment might be shortened or rescheduled. Our cancellation policy still applies if rescheduling is necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel? Kindly make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel late or don’t show up, we’ll charge the full service amount or a $75 cancellation fee, whichever is greater. For Monday appointments, cancel by 3 pm Friday to avoid fees. If you book multiple services and need to cancel, a 48-hour notice is required. A $500 non-refundable deposit is needed for longer appointments, which will be credited if you reschedule in time.

Service Returns

All treatments and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. They expire one year from the purchase date.

Gift Certificates Gift certificates are valid for one year and cannot be exchanged for cash. If lost, they can’t be replaced.

Referral Rewards

We love referrals! If you refer someone who purchases a treatment, you’ll receive a $10 credit toward any service. It’s our way of saying thank you!
